I really enjoyed making this one. The blocks are just fondant which I shaped into the blocks. I heard someone say the other day that they used the foam blocks (used for floral arrangements) and cut them down to size and covered them in fondant. I havent tried that as yet. Im a bit more comfortable using the full fondant right now. lol
