This was my birthday cake last year. First time I ever made my own birthday cake and I had a ball. I had seen one similiar to this on Cake Central and loved the colors. It was a Chocolate cake, raspberry creme filling and raspberry buttercream for the icing, but I think that I also put ganache under the icing. very rich, but very yummy. There were no leftovers to enjoy the next day.
