It was good...I love Hummingbird Cake, too. It was a big cake and just two of us so I shared it with the folks at our dentist and veterinarian offices. Thank you for your kind words, Timothy. I am in awe of your and Betty's piping. You would not believe how many hours I worked to get roses decent enough to use on her cake.
HOW did I miss this... Sandra... this is SO BEAUTIFUL... my favorite kind of cake.... i bet it was DELICIOUS....
yup , good morning miss piper ! ;x ; ))
Hello and good morning Gali, You talking about me again??? Practice does make perfect or so they say :))))
I think she makes all of us want to be a better piper , she makes her cakes 1 after another and we all think wow must be easy !! lol NOT , ea and every cake she makes is so beautifully piped , its amazing , and when we try we know its not as easy as she makes it look due to how many cakes she decorates,, she's our little miss piper !!
Now, that brings a tear to my eye, Betty. There is so much I have to learn, but I did practice really hard to make you a pretty cake. I was pleased that it turned out as well as it did. Thank you so much for your kind words. You can go to sleep tonight with the knowledge that your encouragement has made at least one person a better piper :o)
Sandra you really did a beautiful job on this cake, looks perfect. I love everything about it. : )))
Thanks, Gali! Now I can pipe...a little! As I said, I practiced A LOT. Spent days doing nothing but trying to make roses. I was happy to be able to do something that was at least respectable.
just so beautiful , AND YOU CAN PIPE !!!
Thanks you, June and Bonnie (blush, blush again). June, that sounds exactly like Thanksgiving, for sure!
