Practice for Wedding Cake
Was going through my cake book of pics & recipes, found this. It was a dummy covered in fondant where I practiced a look of a cake from a pic the groom gave me. They wanted silk flowers, so I made up a small spray to give them a idea. They cancelled the cake, 2 months before the wedding. This was before the days that I asked for a deposit. I hadn't bought any supplies thank goodness. They were a strange couple & now divorced.
