Yes, Drogon, not Dragon! As in the rogue dragon from Game of Thrones. Topper for my grandson's 21st birthday cake. Oh how I love my new airbrush!!!!!
You can see here where his tail snapped off lol! Thank heavens for royal icing.............

bless you Gail, thanks. I have to say Mick did help out a little bit as he has sprayed stuff over the years (motorcycle parts, car repairs etc), so he knew how I should be going about it!
BEST WAY TO LEARN is for yourself , hands on ! you would think you have been airbrushing forever the way this turned out !
yes, Gail, I discovered about not overspraying quite quickly lol!
I will try the air brush on DECO CLAY !I AM SURE IT WILL WORK SINCE YOUR JUST DUSTING MOST FLOWERS , , OOPPSSS I keep hitting cap off and its not working ! than when I look up , caps on eeeerrrr,,,,air brush works on most any thing ! rice paper , or the decoclay , , just don't over spray !
awesome job on this Katy , love it , so cool
haha Sandra - yes darn tails indeed. Twice it broke then I couldn't fit it back in snugly, so changed the angle altogether (prevarication is my middle name).
Thank you Goreti!
Wow Katy this is awesome
Darned tails! My dragon's tail didn't break off but it was ALWAYS in the way and almost drove me to drink (actually sounds like a good idea :o) ).
June, I got the airbrush at a discounted price when it was on offer at the Craft Company. It was still £79, but way cheaper than normal. I haven't used it much, but it was so useful for doing this dragon. And I have just done the flames for the side of the cake. They look great and it literally took minutes to do. I love it. I'm sure it would work brilliantly on your flowers.
