The "Donut" is two key-lime cakes baked in a 9" countour pan with my heating core in the middle (it's on a 16" cake drum, so you can see it's pretty big!). I hollowed out the bottom layered and filled it with white chocolate mousse. The frosting is key lime buttercream and the sprinkles are hand-made using fondant (they had to be to scale!!). The "Bacon" is flattened RKT covered in fondant.
