Dimensional Stork Cake
This stork was one of 3 cakes made for three ob/gyn doctors graduating. The entire upper back of the stork's body was Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. The head and lower body (belly) of the stork are styrofoam covered in fondant. The legs are pipe covered in fondant, and the crocs are fondant with tylose powder for hardening. The cake portion was approx. 40 servings. The picture isnt the best quality, as the lighting in the venue was horrible. I wish I would have been able to take pictures before delivery.
