Thanks everyone!  I must admit, I did have a moment of complete panic (when fondant didn't want to hold together)  and self-doubt and was thinking, "why am I doing this...I can't do this...oh, why did I ever AGREE to do this!"  Then I always have that panic right at the moment before the person sees their cake!  Anybody else been there???   Although, you ladies are all so great at it, you probably haven't!!  :))
