Meringue Cake

For my granddaughter's 13th birthday. Her passion is meringue, lemon curd and whipped cream. So that's what she got. Quite challenging to get meringue right so it held up, but I've learnt by mistakes. Bottom layer is meringue, topped with meringue rings and the hollow centre filled with alternating layers of lemon curd and whipped cream, topped with a meringue lid. 13 is also in meringue. Wafer Daisies and fondant butterflies.
