the bottom is almost gone ! , I think my man s getting sick of ganach , like I said the BETTERCREAM IS  better I think , but it also has a buttercream crumb coat ! I am stocked up on Bettercream , so I guess I am going to have to do more Bettercream cakes for him ! , you can also flavor your Bettercream !and color it !, lets see what I can pipe with it , lol  if I can !!

Looks like he's going down for the count, and doesn't think much of it either!!  Poor guy!
