The violet is the birth flower for February. A friend has her 70th coming up on the 24th. We are sharing our birthday parties (I will be 60 on the 22nd!), as she is the mother of my stepdaughter, who is kindly doing a family party. I thought I might try and make the other birthday girl a chocolate box of chocolates as a gift (I won't be allowed to cake, sadly). So the violets are made to top the box of chocolates. I used the Culpitt Violet cutter set to make these.

very pretty!!!!
Gail, I've rung a couple of local suppliers who are listed on the Culpitt website, but they don't have it in stock, so I would have to mail order it again. However, I have found an online supplier who will ship to the US at a much more reasonable cost than sugarcraft. This would mean you would only have to pay one shipping instead of 2 if I send it. It's still not cheap, but it was an expensive cutter in the first place. Check this out -

Thanks Goreti!
Gail and June - how much the cutters and how much the shipping? If it's cheaper for me to get them and send them to you, I am very happy to do so.
