My FIRST cupcake bouquet for a rehearsal dinner. They were getting married on the 4th of July, hence the red white and blue theme.

Beautiful job! I love how you added to the cupcakes to make it look like a real bouquet!! And thanks for the pointers too. Never tried this one.

I've learned you have to angle the sticks a little to make sure they don't fall off the ball, but another problem is the icing, I have had icing fall off of one before, but it was in warm conditions, so but you learn as you go. Traveling with this - not easy! You need someone with you to carry it or take it apart and put it back together there. Good luck!

they are easy and fun to make!! I used a old vase we had, bought a large styrofoam ball, hot glued it to the vase. Baked around 36 or so cupcakes for this one. Bought plenty of artificial flowers, leaves, and popsicle sticks. Make a slit in the bottom of each cupcake, insert the popsicle sticks in the ball (I've found breaking them in half works better) place cupcake on popsicle sticks (make sure you have the large fat popsicle sticks). Place flowers in between cupcakes, THEN ice the cupcakes, I used a 1M tip. Good luck!! Email me with any questions!!
