Thanks again for your nice comments. I love the gold I bought it at the Cake & Bake show in Manchester.  These are  the first mini cakes I have made, I baked the big one in the photo in a steamed pudding tin, just lined it like you would a proper cake tin. Saves a lot of money on small tins.
