You are all so kind ladies, thank you for your comments!  And of course the recipe is:  Simple vanilla cupcakes, you can add any juice that you like instead of milk or water, let the cool for 2 hours or overnight.  Them make a hole the size of a coin (not a small coin, a middle size) right in the middle with a small sharp knife put it aside and fill the whole no the top iwth Dulce de Leche of Cajeta and use the little piece that you cut as a lid (cut it a little at the base in order to make it fit properly) then cover it completely with chocolate (the one used for cake pops), When it gets hard top it with a design of your like with cajeta or dulce de leche.  It is really good!
