Mai, it's like fondant only it gets warm in your hands quickly so you can not hold it too long but it molds and works into itself wonderfully!!  It's a mixture if chocolate and clear syrup (you can also use glucose).  You also need to be in an airconditioned room when working with this so that it can set up nicely.

Cool... Never worked with "modeling chocolate" so I'm not sure what it really is... Is it simple melted chocolate, or is it more like fondant??
