Courtney Wedding 11- 916F

This is Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese icing. Three 12 inch tiers offset with one 6 inch tier on top. Birds and leaves are gumpaste. The leaves are sprayed with Gold edible spray. The tree is brown fondant. The "H" was carved from wood by the groom. This cake was designed to match the wedding invitations which featured a single brown branch with gold leaves and two teal birds against an off-white background.
