Thank you so much for all the lovely comments, yes I do have the cutters, they are available from Squires Kitchen in UK and Floral Art and Sugarcraft here in Australia, sorry dont know about America.  There is also a template in the back of the Sugar Orchids for Cakes book by Alan Dunn.
