This cake is made using my own recipe for a cookies & cream cake. The head and body are carved from a 9in square cake and 4in round cake. The head is supported with a skewer, lots of firm vanilla butter cream and a little extra fondant. The legs, udder, tail and ears are all fondant. The cake board is decorated with buttercups and daisies.
