Floating Cake & Stand
I've seen these floating cakes and commissioned someone to make one for me; worked out the support system for the cake. Voila! This was my tester cake. Cake is supported from the top and hangs freely.

I like this much better than some of the floating cakes I've seen. Really like the look of this. Cake is very pretty too. :o)
