Blue Christmas
Quick decorated cake for us (had to get it done so I could concentrate on paying customers). Les Browns fruit cake recipe, covered in marzipan and blue butter icing. I don't usually go for butter icing on a fruit cake, but I had some left over from a previous project. Decorations in fondant, sprinkled with silver glitter.

I did the same with cookies....when I baked for exchange, made extra for us. Same with truffles I'm making....there will be left overs.... It would be mutiny from hubby & son otherwise!!!!!

Thank you June and Betty. Betty, I made extra when I was cooking for others, just so that we had one too. Mick would go bonkers if everyone but him got cake lol!
