I was going to say that you are probably your own biggest critic, what an unpleasant experience you've had :(
I loved the gold and roses cake, very beautiful and not overdone at all. I just hate these princess bridezillas - she's rather taste a shop bought cake YUCK, some people have no taste and no class.
I love your three books, the paper kicking up is so effective.

Thank you ladies! I am so glad I discovered this site. Please feel free to show out my mistakes. I am still learning an as you all know this is not the easiest medium. By  the way, Linda Wolff, your favourite cake was my greatest nightmare. The bride was totaly disgusted by the gold scrolls. They only used my roses on a Chocolatecake they bought from a retail bakery. According to her it was to "busy". I almost stopped baking.
