Thank you so much, Karen. All I've done is buttercream. I've been piping for 4 years now. I was a cookie decorator for a Cookies by Design store and that's all we did all day long. I love it but I really want to try fondant. Thanks for the encouragement.

That is really pretty Kathy...fondant is really easier to work with....once you learn the feel of it you will be surprised how easy...buttercream takes alot of practice.....great piping skills!

Thank you so much. I love buttercream. Haven't had the courage to tackle fondant yet, but I think I may try that this week.

You are so good with buttercream. I am still learning how to handle it. I just want to eat this cake.

Thank you Eileen. It was fun to do. I was going to try covering this cake with fondant with the chocolate icing underneath but I had too much chocolate icing and I wanted to use it up. I'm going to visit my daughters at school this weekend for Mom's Weekend and this little cake is going with me.
