This cake came out terrible. The actual cake was OK, but I tried a different icing. Vegan icing. I have a really good recipe, but since this was for the family bb-q, thought I would use them as guinea pigs. The night before, cake looked great, next day, icing wasn't stable enough, it began to slide. if it hadn't been on a cutting board, I would have popped the whole cake in the freezer. But it was to big. Lessons learned. This pic was also taken with my IPod.....way too fuzzy.
