This cake came out terrible. The actual cake was OK, but I tried a different icing. Vegan icing. I have a really good recipe, but since this was for the family bb-q, thought I would use them as guinea pigs. The night before, cake looked great, next day, icing wasn't stable enough, it began to slide. if it hadn't been on a cutting board, I would have popped the whole cake in the freezer. But it was to big. Lessons learned. This pic was also taken with my IPod.....way too fuzzy.

As you see post below..... icing trouble. You think I would have learned from my daughter's b-day cake experience about vegan spread/butter....whatever it is called! I thought I would give it another shot. It also MELTED on the drive into the family bb-q!! Not to oblivion like Samantha's, but pretty yukky. I should have put it on a normal board & froze it & transported it frozen. I also used too much flavored non dairy creamer in the icing. Too sweet. Half the family liked the "sweet" other half didn't. Se la vie.
