it taste like sweeten whip cream to ! but its none dairy , !!

bettercream is like a thick firm whip cream and stays like that !it , wont melt in room temp ! or from hot hands !

I can't say, they both look good, but go with what you feel you're best at. I've never worked with betterc. It is softer isn't it ? and might be easier to flow from the tip. I know Butterc, if the consistency isn't right nothing works.

I can freeze them than put them on a cake ! what ones do you like better ?
