you don't have to wait for them to get firm to put them on the cake , just pick them up with your scissor and place them , they stay beautiful , you can make them ahead of time and put them in the frig/or freezer !

no Bonnie it will just get firm ! after I whip it  i keep the leftovers in a container in the frig , take it out to use it again just spoon whip it around it will get creamer again !

You were able to get a lot better detail than I thought possible with a whipped cream type icing.  Keep it up!  Will it harden at all, like if you put it in the fridge?

I think you will like it ! taste like sweeten whip cream , if I can pipe with this,,,  I know your work with it will blow us away !!!

I don't know ? we get it in Sam's club or in main source , which is a dealer for  bakers $ food service s  , to buy from , but the public can shop there also ! SOME STORES DO CARRY IT , ITS CALLED -RICH'S BETTERCREAM NON-DAIRY ICING AND FILLING , YOU CAN GET IT PRE WHIPPEDD OR UN WHIPPED , I LIKE THE 32OZ UN WHIPPED ! AND THEY KEEP IT IN THE FREEZER AREA , OR BAKERY DEPT @ SAM'S ! OOPS , SORRY FOR THE CAPS !!
