 HI galidink,The customer supplies the charms I just place them. You can order them from most cake supply stores, they send ribbon & the meanings of each one with them.  Since each charm has a special meaning, sometimes the customer buys them in sterling silver because they want ones that mean something "special" to them & gives them as flavors. You can use the "charm bracelet" ones too.
