Champagne Bottle Cake
Close Up Label Back View, This cake stood 23" tall. It was delivered to a restaurant for the milestone birthday of the recipient. The label made of edible image sheets was embellished with edible gold leaf and represented her life. The cake was constructed with a single steel post, cake cardboard, and doweling.
