Cat in Hat - 122F
Only hat is cake. Chocolate cake with vanilla cream, covered in red fondant. Cat's head was a Styrofoam wig head covered in fondant. Thing 1 and 2 are pastillage and fish bowl is a smash cake covered in fondant.
