I've never made a white velvet cake, but I think it's something I should look into for future use!

 It isn't really my trademark but it is an amazing cake with a nice density that holds up to almost any decoration. I usually use the white velvet, an Italian cream cake, or a white almond sour cream cake.

usually it is customer choice :) I do a dozen cupcake in the flavors of their choice so they can choose.
