Car wash bucket cake for my nephew who just got his license. His big birthday present was from his great granny....she gave him his Pa's truck. Pa passed on this past year so it was very special to him. I used corn syrup for the water running down the side of the bucket, spilled car wash soap is corn syrup with blue gel coloring added. The sponge was a rice cereal treat with wholes poked in using end of paint brush.

He's smiling now but he was all tears when he was sitting in his Granny's lap reading the letter about how Pa always talked about the day that he would give him his truck.  You couldn't even understand his words as he read his letter through all the tears.  He was Pa's only grandchild and he helped raise him when he was little.  It was a very touching scene.  I've watched the video 5 times and cried every time.  He still really misses him!
