If Peggy Tucker is ever in your area, she is a real fun person to learn from and it's so easy.
You are so kind. I knew you must have a degree.
So have you ever used CakePlay Isomalt sticks? They are so fun, no kidding, because they are already cooked to the correct temerature, you only have to melt them to use them, you don't need a thermometer or anything. Just a microwave and an imagination. Google Peggy Tucker. She travels around giving demos. If you have any major cake shows in your area you'll probably have a chance to meet her. I never checked to see if she has any YouTube videos.... I LOVE her and CakePlay so much for making this art form accessible without all the fancy equipment and heat lamps.

LOL I tend to upload my pics right when a new person is putting up like 30 pics in a row. So I fly under the radar. I felt the same way this morning though looking at all your beautiful flower pics and things. You have a real artistic eye.
