Family Reunion Cake June 27 2010
Hubby's family reunion in Melbourne Florida. The cake made it in the back of our SUV on a 5 hour drive!It was cocounut cake with pineapple filling and coconut flavored icing. The flag, puertorican red hibiscus and tree are all fondant.
