Teddy Bear Smash Cake
My Great Niece turned 1 this past weekend. There was a main cake, but I made the "Smash Cake" for her to dig into. Gumpaste rose petals and chocolate teddy bears adorned the strawberry banana filled strawberry cake. Buttercream frosting with sugar crystals covered the remainer of the cake. It was a "hit"! LOL
