My first attempt at making, coloring, getting the right consistency(lol), applying, and making the design itself with the tooth pick,.... a glazed sugar cookie!!
Promise to do better next time!
But they were delicious!

Gail, here is a great big hug to go with my thanks for that one!
very pretty !I love them
('o')...smiling here!
Ah impatience! The curse of the caker (I am shocking, just want to get it done!).
Thanks Sandra & Katy! Like everything else I do, for the first time, I got in a hurry, just to see if I could do it. So the outlines of the glaze's 'are not true'. They are 'supposed to' follow the curve of the cookie! And mine are going in every direction, but true!! lol
The white consistency, AND hole that I cut in the parchment bag, were just about what I wanted. But the red was a little to thick, and the hole in the end on the green was to small & it was a little too thick also, so they both were hard to pipe. Too late after I had them in the bag, again, I was too much in a hurry to correct these issues. The small hole had the green shooting out in all these little spirals! I was afraid to enlarge it, might cut off too much! lol Luckily they all just blended in, and hid a lot of my pho-pas ( bet that one was spelled wrong!) . LOL
And remember, I had a little helper with me on this project! She also was having fun!
they're great Bonnie! I tried this once, didn't turn out too bad, but I got bored so quickly. Too much fiddling about lol!
I do not know why you are so critical of these cookies! I think they are gorgeous and the technique looks down right scary hard!
I am starting to believe you! Thanks June!
