Cake EStark
I made a sheet cake for our choir director. It turned out great! I really loved the smooth look of the cake by using those magical Viva paper towels.

Thanks! It was so much fun. I used 2 boxes of chocolate and 2 white cake mixes with corresponding instant pudding mixes. It was a huge sheet cake. I underestimated the amount of buttercream icing and made three batches before I was happy with the final covering and edging. So, I'll make a note of the amount I need for future cakes.
