Last summer I discovered a fantastic Key Lime Cheese Cake recipe, topped with lime curd.  So tart it will lock your jaws and so sweet it will make you cry!  Mike and I love it.  I would be happy to share if you are interested.  I don't use key limes though, just regular ole limes.

Gail, I just LUV it!!  The cage!!!  The red on black effect!  And the flower, it is beautiful.
