Bushel o' Crabs
Bushel is 7 layers of strawberry and yellow cake w/vanilla buttercream colored an orangy pink. Bushel slats are marbled fondant. Crabs, mallet and Old Bay are RKT covered with fondant. Crabs were brushed with orange and red gel then sprayed with water/corn syrup mixture for sheen.
