Any Gluten free recipe. plz plz plz!!!
I could be the butter - I use the Great Value Brand most of the time (Wal-Mart store brand), the Sam's Choice (Sam's Club brand) or Challenge butter when I can find it - I have found them to be the least yellow. Any of the high end butters seem to be too yellow.
That's the one I use as well...wondering if it could be the butter?
FYI - love the cupcakes :)
This is the color of the icing as it comes out for me. I use Philadelphia Brand cream cheese only, though. Don't know if that might be a factor? They are a little more ivory than a white buttercream.
Eileen is it just the picture or did your cream cheese icing become white color?
