Bridal Cake
3 tier wedding cake. The bottom and top layers are strawberry with strawberry mousse filling and the middle layer is lemon with lemon curd mousse. The entire cake was frosted in Butter Cream. There is a burlap and raffia ribbon around the bottom tier with a fresh sunflower and fresh sunflowers on top. The photo is a little deceiving because I used 12", 9" and 6" tiers, but it looks much smaller.
