Black and White Feather Cake - 304F
This cake was made for an exhibition. The decoration on each tier were JEM embossed cut outs with isomalt diamonds. We made the feathers out of gumpaste JEM embossed cutouts which were individually wired and put together to form the feather flowers and leaves in black and white. The cakes were seperated by mini cake stands which were supported by dowels and embedded into the fondant. Thanks for taking a look!
