Yellow cake, vanilla butter cream, butter cream mums.
They were purple mums not blue.

That is tip 74...looks like a small star tip but with a slight flat side. As you pipe turn the flat side to the outside edge of your cake and use a back & forth motion.
Oh Betty - this is just super lovely! What have you used for that gorgeous top edging?
