OK betty ! I THINK I'LL GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY ! ! and thank you , royal tooth pick rose's seem to be easier for me ! go figure???, I would love to be bye your side to watch you work , it looks like you just wiz them cakes out !  I was gong to try some more royal rose's again !, i want so bad to make beautiful piped cakes like you !  , Iris told me how to make them tooth pick rose's ! lol  I STINK AT PIPING ! LOL !!!

Gail, The one thing I find I have to do is keep a constant, good pressure on my decorating bag. I twist the top really tight and re-adjust it when I have to. That way the frosting coming out gives me a good design.(Does that make sense???)
Your pick rose look pretty, I've never done any on toothpicks.

;)Betty ! I just can't seem to get , a pretty buttercream cake going ,, no Mather  what I do ! , I used up so stuff I had played around with , a while back ! like royal icing tooth pick rose's , gumpaste rose's  and embellishments , tried to do some piping like you ! as you see I stick at it , so I guess I'll be sticking to fondant ! thank you for all your help , ;xxx

Thanks Gail,Katy,Goreti. Katy, I don't mind doing basket weave, kinda like doing it. Easier than trying to smooth icing. When I delivered cake to Country Club yesterday, I had to give a quick "how to " on the basket weave to a few of the staff, they had questions. Here I am trying to setup cake and finish bottom border & answer there ???"s. Didn't know I was going to give a decorating lesson. :) :)
