Yes Katy
My Mom & I baked tarts, squares for church functions. UCW... United Church Women. So we always had some sort of sweeties in the freezer. Plus my Dad LOVED his dessert. He was always do slim tho.

June, Daisy is just the same.  We pick her up from school on Wednesdays and her after school snack every week is a ham sandwich and 2 of Nanny's lemon tarts.  I have to make sure I always have a stock, fortunately they freeze well!

Mmmmm. They look so good Katy. I love lemon curd. On toast, in tarts.... Still have Mom's tried & true recipe. Made with REAL lemons & zest. NOT that bottled stuff.... yuk! I just can't something like this unless there is an "occasion ", elstwhile, I will eat bunches!
