Haha - look forward to seeing you then Gail!  I have to say, once you get this stuff kneading up all pliable it is a joy to work with.  It holds it's shape, it shines when you buff it, but it doesn't go too stiff to work with and crack up.  I rolled it out real thin for these and no problems at all.  I also found that blitzing the mix (I think thanks to Linda W for that tip), makes the cake balls alot lighter to eat.
