Hi Anita, sorry I've confused myself!!!!!!! what I meant to say is when your practicing straight lines, writing etc you should have a sag in the icing.
I wouldn't attempt to do the scrolling I've done on this cake until you are experienced in royal icing.
I'ts very difficult to pipe on the sides of cakes as you know, when I'm piping alot of royal icing ends up being wiped off!!!!!! the tip is 4----- not sure if you have the same numbered tips as the UK . And yes I did use the same tip for all the decor.
