I have to give it a try. your buttercream looks so silky. What kind it is? The reason I ask is, in the wilton class I am taking they always stress that the icing should be medium/stiff consistency for things to happen , which anyway I don't like the taste of the recipe they provided. I am new to cake decorating and any tip ,ideas helps
