Thank you ladies for your kind comments.  It´s looks like caramel sauce but cremier, so you can taste it´s made out of milk.  Here in Guatemala is very popular, everybody loves it.  In México is very popular it is callled "Cajeta", that´s the one I like the most, because it is thicker and the taste is stronger, but I also use "Arrequipe", it´s lighter and easier to spread, but it you want to try these "dulces de leche" what you can do is: take a can of condensed milk (the normal one the one that measures 8 or 10 centimeters) and put in your pressure cooker without opening it, fill your pressure cooker with water to the middle of the can and cook it for 50-60 min.  Let it rest until it cools, they you open it and you will see how its texture has changed it´s goint to be dark (the color of caramel) and thicker, and sooo delicious, give it a try, you will love it.

I feel it's a cake made with love :)

You're so fond of dulce de leche filling to the extent that I had to google its recipe (it's unknown at my part of the world)... Sounded to me like it tastes similar to a caramel sauce? Will surely try it in my next cake.

Es muy rico.  What I do is that it moistened the cake (it is better if it is chocolate) as soon as it comes from the oven with condensed milk, just make a lot of wholes with a toth pick and pour some of the condensed milk, they it goes to the fridge for a couple of hours and then I filled it with "dulce de leche", it is not too sweet as you imagine.  It tastes great.
