Baby Shower Cake Contest
This is a baby shower Carousel cake created of chocolate cake. The bottom, center, and canopy are all cake. the animals, trains, etc. around the carousel are solid white chocolate, and the feet, bottles swirls, and rattles are also white chocolate. the cake is covered in a combination of fondant, and modeling chocolate, and the floor is airbrushed to look like wood. this was a fun cake to create and the client absolutely loved it.
