Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Haven't been on in a while, just back from my holiday. This is my first ever swiss meringue buttercream, still not sure if I liked using it, found it easier to put on than buttercream but couldn't get it smooth, cake is victoria with jam & buttercream, decorations are mmf

Lordie - sweatshirts in Vegas!  Weird, it's the bloomin' desert for heaven's sakes.

Yes, I know what you mean about a softer taste.  Personally, I wasn't sure that I liked it that much, think I'll still to normal butter icing.

Katy had a lovely holiday had a week in Vegas but it's wasnt't has hot as usual in fact we had to all buy sweatshirts it keep up warm lol. I liked making the smbc and felt it was a softer taste if you know what I mean normal buttercream has more texture
