Gettin this last 10 lbs off I put on after I retired....  once and for all, even if it kills me....  hee hee  Then, like you.... a straight arrow from M-F.... then my treaties on the wknd....  only way it will work for me.

TOO MANY CALORIES!!!!!  Just came back from a 2 mile power walk to burn off my "treats" from the wknd.  The cake + Sunday brunch.  Although my only big cheat @ brunch was one order of eggs benedict & a mini strudel muffin. Since I knew it was gonna be a cheat wknd, power walked x 2 every day last week.  :o)
